JM Jazz World Orchestra je vodeći svjetski međunarodni jazz orkestar mladih, sastavljen od talentiranih jazz glazbenika, odabranih putem globalne otvorene audicije od strane međunarodnog žirija. Bend surađuje s nekim od najboljih dirigenata, svirača i skladatelja na svijetu te svake godine gostuje na prestižnim europskim koncertnim dvoranama i jazz festivalima.
Orkestrom ravna trombonist, skladatelj i dirigent Luis Bonilla dobro poznat hrvatskoj jazz sceni. Voditelj je Ljetne jazz škole Hrvatske glazbene mladeži u Grožnjanu i Svjetskog orkestra Glazbenih mladeži, a tijekom dugogodišnje karijere stekao je bogato iskustvo koje danas prenosi mladima kroz glazbene radionice i seminare. Predavao je na Manhattan School of Music, Konzervatoriju New England, Philadelphia University i drugim američkim sveučilištima. Od 2018. godine redoviti je profesor na odjelu za jazz Sveučilišta u Grazu.

The JM Jazz World Orchestra is the world’s premier international youth jazz orchestra, comprised of talented jazz musicians, selected through global open audition by an international jury. The band works with some of the planet’s finest conductors, players and composers and tours annually, appearing at prestigious European venues and jazz festivals.
The orchestra is led by trombonist, composer and conductor Luis Bonilla, well known on the Croatian jazz scene. He is the head of the Summer Jazz School of the Croatian Music Youth in Grožnjan and the World Orchestra of Music Youth, and during his long career he has gained a wealth of experience that he now passes on to young people through music workshops and seminars. He has taught at the Manhattan School of Music, the New England Conservatory, Philadelphia University and other American universities. Since 2018, he has been a full professor at the Jazz Department of the University of Graz.
